Probability sieve is a new type of high-efficiency screening equipment, featuring a linear running track for the screen box. This series successfully combines probability theory with engineering practice. Its brand-new design concept and screening principle achieve exceptional results across various applications.

Our GLS series probability sieve is optimized for high-efficiency classification in building materials, mineral processing, metallurgy, and chemical industries. Compared to ordinary sieves, this series offers significantly higher screening efficiency and a broader vision of application.

Working Principle:

The machine utilizes the principle of probability sieving, where the residence time of particles is inversely proportional to their size and weight. Particles much smaller than the cavity pass through quickly, while those closer to the cavity diameter stay longer. Two synchronized vibrating motors run in reverse to drive the screen box in a periodic directional motion, facilitating precise multi-layer separation.
