What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as a deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before you pay the remaining balance.
How long is the delivery time?
Generally, it takes about 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

We supply a one-year warranty for our machines and provide parts for free within the warranty period. We also offer technical support via internet or phone at any time.

Yes, we conduct a 100% test on all equipment before delivery to ensure optimal performance and quality.

We offer various delivery terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF to accommodate our customers' needs.
